Initial Intake Assessment (70 minutes) - $175

Individual Counseling (55 minutes) - $150

I typically see clients weekly to facilitate lasting change. I accept credit, debit, or HSA cards, and payment is due at the beginning of each session. I offer limited reduced fee slots for financial hardship.

I bill insurance through a secure third party system. Otherwise I am an Out of Network (OON) provider and I can provide a Superbill for reimbursement upon request. Insurance companies require a mental health diagnosis that goes into your permanent medical records and  they often dictate the number of sessions and types of therapy considered necessary. We can discuss this in our first session. I encourage you to contact your insurance company to understand your benefits and coverage for mental health counseling.

I offer a 30 minute phone consultation prior to a first session. This is a time for us to get to know each other better and help you know what to expect in the process.

Sessions cancelled within 48 hrs of appt time will be charged in full. 

Clients have the right to a good faith estimate of costs for therapy services. This will be provided to new clients during the initial intake session and once per year ongoing.
